- 8 to 10 years of end-to-end BPO recruitment experience
- Minimum of 4 years experience handling BPO recruitment on-boarding with more than 5 years leadership experience
- Proven background in recruitment analytics, reporting, and risk and compliance management.
- Amenable to working onsite full-time in our BGC, Taguig office.
- Amendable to work on the graveyard shift
- Willingness to work on weekends and holidays when business demands.
- Non-negotiable: audit and compliance experience and willingness to work graveyard shift
- The hiring manager leans more towards onboarding and compliance-specific background that is focused on a per-tower type of org chart.
