This role combines customer service excellence with strong administrative capabilities, including order processing, account management, and handling multi-channel communications.You will be responsible for ensuring a smooth and efficient customer journey by managing inquiries, maintaining accurate records, and supporting various operational tasks that directly impact sales performanceWhat you’ll doProvide administrative and operational support to the outside sales teamProcess various order types (retail, wholesale, samples, and literature) using internal systems (e.g., D365, Mi9)Handle customer inquiries via voice, email, chat, and online forms in a timely and professional mannerManage returns, credits, and customer account updates with high accuracySupport communication with distributors and commercial accountsMaintain and update CRM systems such as Salesforce and OutreachGenerate and analyze sales and customer service activity reportsAssist in account setup and validation processes (e.g., tax certificates)Participate in ongoing training sessions and team initiativesPromote monthly offers and assist customers with product education and upsellingWhat You BringBachelor’s degree preferredAt least 1–2 years of experience in customer service, sales support, administrative support, or similar rolesProficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and experience with ticketing or order management systemsExperience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Outreach).
