- Asking relevant questions to understand client needs and wants
- Accurately recording business and client data
- Managing difficult prospects with professionalism and calm
- Researching and understanding the building and private inspection industry
- Overcoming objections from prospects during calls
- Selling services through inbound/outbound calls, emails, and other platforms
- Booking and rescheduling inspections
- Sending and following up on quotes
- Performing other duties as assigned
- 3-5 years of outbound sales and account management experience
- Proficiency in both B2B and B2C sales settings
- Strong consultative selling skills
- Fluent in English (essential)
- Outstanding communication skills (verbal and written)
- Creative problem-solving and "outside-the-box" thinking
- Reliability and excellent organizational skills
- Familiarity with online CRM systems
- Ability to handle pressure and manage time effectively
- Proactive and driven by a strong sense of urgency
- Effective communication at all levels of the organization
- Strong work ethic and professional integrity
- Excellent telephone manner and the ability to close deals
- Willingness to work after hours and on weekends as required
