Were seeking a Remote Medical Receptionist/Admin with excellent English (C1/C2) to join our team.Responsibilities:
  • Schedule appointments, process supplement refills, and update EHR
  • Handle patient registration, billing, and insurance verification (if applicable)
  • Communicate with patients and providers
  • Perform admin tasks (data entry, digital filing, inventory updates)
Requirements:
  • 12 yrs medical admin/healthcare support experience
  • Proficient in EHR systems
  • Meets strict technical requirements (Windows 10 Pro+, i5 8th Gen+, 8GB RAM, wired 50 Mbps, USB headset, HD webcam, external monitor)
