The business leverages social platforms and direct communication strategies to connect with potential traders across different regions and markets.This role is key to driving user acquisition by engaging online communities, generating leads, and converting prospects into active platform users.Job DescriptionAs an Outreach Specialist, you will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and converting potential traders through social media outreach and direct communication. You will interact with online communities across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and Reddit, while also handling outbound and inbound calls to drive conversions.This role requires strong communication skills, confidence in sales conversations, and the ability to follow structured outreach playbooks. You will play a direct role in growing the platform's user base across targeted regions.ScheduleFlexible (20-40 hours per week), 2pm- 6pm Philippine TimeResponsibilitiesSocial Media Outreach
  • Conduct outbound outreach across Facebook, Instagram, and Reddit communities
  • Engage with potential users in relevant groups and discussions
  • Identify and target specific regions and communities for user acquisition
  • Promote platform offerings through structured messaging
Outbound & Inbound Calls
  • Make outbound calls to potential traders and leads
  • Handle inbound enquiries and convert them into active users
  • Clearly communicate platform benefits and onboarding process
  • Build rapport and maintain professional communication
Lead Conversion & Follow-Up
  • Follow provided scripts and playbooks to guide conversations
  • Convert leads into registered users through broker links
  • Maintain consistent follow-up with prospects
  • Track outreach activity and lead progress
Market Targeting & Growth
  • Identify high-potential countries and regions for outreach
  • Focus on acquiring traders in targeted markets
  • Contribute to growth strategies based on outreach performance
  • Adapt messaging based on audience and region
Requirements
  • Strong sales background with proven communication skills
  • Confidence in both written and verbal outreach
  • Experience or knowledge in trading, forex, or financial markets preferred
  • Ability to engage and convert leads through social platforms
  • Comfortable making outbound and handling inbound calls
  • Ability to follow scripts and structured outreach processes
  • Self-motivated and results-driven
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment
