Use LinkedIn , email marketing , CRM tools , web research , and other outbound techniques to generate high-quality leads. Identify and qualify potential clients by understanding their outsourcing/offshoring needs Maintain and update lead databases , ensuring accurate tracking in CRM systems. Collaborate closely with sales teams to align lead qualification criteria and improve conversion rates. Set up introductory calls, demos, and meetings for the business development team. Conduct market research to identify trends, potential client segments, and competitors. Monitor & provide reports with insights and recommendations. Qualifications: Minimum 2 years of experience in lead generation within the offshoring, outsourcing industry. Strong understanding of outbound lead generation tools and techniques (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email campaigns, automation tools).
