- Build, maintain, and optimise eCommerce pages and components for new sales and manual renewal flows
- Implement SEO-optimised landing pages that serve as destinations for organic search and all paid media traffic
- Write clean, semantic HTML5 and CSS3 with a focus on performance, accessibility, and cross-browser compatibility
- Ensure pages meet Core Web Vitals targets and load efficiently across devices and network conditions common in each target region
- Integrate with CMS platforms, tag management systems, and analytics tools (Google Tag Manager, GA4, and equivalents)
- Collaborate with the performance marketing team to build and iterate on landing pages for paid search, display, and affiliate campaigns
- Partner with the visual designer to translate mock-ups and prototypes into production-ready interfaces
- Contribute UX thinking at the design stage raising usability, accessibility, and feasibility considerations before build begins
- Conduct light usability reviews and flag friction points in existing flows, particularly the manual renewal and DM-to-online journey
- Ensure design consistency across regional variants, adapting layouts for localisation requirements (text expansion, CJK character rendering, form field length)
- Support A/B and multivariate testing by implementing test variants cleanly and ensuring accurate tracking
- Work closely with the tech lead to align on architecture, code standards, and delivery timelines
- Receive briefs from the performance marketing team and translate campaign requirements into page specifications
- Participate in discovery sessions with Japanese, Taiwanese, and ANZ business stakeholders listening for requirements that affect front-end scope
- Communicate clearly with the program manager (Tokyo) on task status, blockers, and estimates
- Maintain a component library or design system to ensure consistency and speed up future builds
- Own front-end quality assurance for new page releases testing across devices, browsers, and regional configurations
