Forecasting, Planning & Analysis Manager

• Act as the primary architect for Shopee PH's spending plans, ensuring that every dollar allocated aligns with long-term growth and profitability targets

• Coordinate and challenge targets across all Shopee PH business units (Marketing, Logistics, BD). You are the glue that ensures cross-functional alignment

• Oversee the financial health of a billion-dollar budget. You will review the "Optimization" and "Justification" workstreams to ensure capital efficiency and high ROI on all spending

• Directly support the Head of PH FP&A in preparing board-level materials and strategic reviews. You will translate complex data into narratives for C-suite decision-making

• Mentor and manage teams of specialized contributors, fostering a culture of rigorous analytical excellence and proactive problem-solving

• 4-7 years of experience in a top-tier management consulting firm (MBB preferred) or investment banking. We value the "structural thinking" and "first-principles" approach typical of these environments
• Advanced financial modeling is a baseline. You should possess the ability to build "what-if" scenarios that account for competitor moves (Lazada, Temu, TikTok Shop) and macroeconomic shifts
• A "Business owner" mentality. You don't just report numbers; you identify leakage, propose pivots, and drive the business forward
• Mastery of Excel is required; familiarity with SQL is a significant plus for navigating our BI data infrastructure
• A degree in finance, economics, or engineering from a top-tier global or local university
• This position requires you to be on-site in Shopee PH
