In this position, you will be assigned to our UK-based client. They have built a family of businesses through investment and organic growth, which is centered around one common goal - to deliver better healthcare, faster.About the RoleThe FP&A Manager will play a key role in supporting the Group finance function, with responsibility for core financial operations, group reporting, and insightful financial analysis.This is a hands-on role, combining day-to-day finance activity (including bookkeeping, VAT and audit coordination) with forward-looking analysis and reporting, ensuring the Board and senior leadership have timely, accurate, and meaningful financial information to support decision-making.Your Responsibilities
- Perform and oversee basic bookkeeping and account production for the parent company
- Ensure accurate posting of journals, accruals, and prepayments
- Support month-end close processes and production of management accounts
- Coordinate Group VAT returns, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance
- Coordinate the annual financial audit process across the Group
- Own and develop group-level reporting, ensuring consistency and clarity across businesses
- Produce regular management reporting packs with clear variance analysis and commentary
- Develop and enhance dashboards, KPIs, and performance metrics
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning activities
- Adherence to the company management systems and QHSES responsibilities as defined within the 'overview and context of the organization' document.

- Familiarity with the reporting tool - Phocas - is highly desirable
