Shopee Operations Specialist

• Manage Online Orders Process and monitor customer orders from Shopee and Lazada.
• Stock Monitoring Regularly check and update stock levels; coordinate with the warehouse for restocking.
• Order Fulfillment Ensure accurate order processing, coordinate with the warehouse for packing and shipping, and track deliveries until completion.
• Customer Service Respond to inquiries, handle complaints, process refunds/returns, and maintain good store ratings.
• Sales & Promotions Set up discounts, vouchers, and participate in platform sales events.
• Reporting & Analysis Generate sales reports, analyze trends, and suggest strategies to improve sales performance.
• Computer & Online Tasks Use online tools for order processing, stock updates, reporting, and account management.
• Compliance Follow Shopee / Lazada policies, address account issues, and ensure smooth online operations.
