- Develop and execute business development strategies to expand market presence in infrastructure and construction.
- Identify new business opportunities and lead client acquisition efforts.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders including developers, contractors, and government agencies.
- Lead proposal development, pricing strategies, and contract negotiations.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to inform strategic decisions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery and client satisfaction.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field (Master's preferred).
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in business development, sales, or project management within the building and infrastructure sector.
- Strong network in construction, engineering, or government sectors.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Proven track record of achieving revenue targets and driving business growth.
