Formulate training materials and program as required for the development of quality pest management practices throughout Pest Control Division.
Ensure technical training course and certification are provided to all service staff
Oversee safe keep of pest control training materials, training equipment and training aids in the company.
Conduct quality assurance check for HD technician and routine technician through TPA field coaching and assessment. Roll out TPA program for the country
Ensure provision of sufficient support of Technical team to Service operations
Ensure updated of APL (Authorize Pesticide List) and SOP for service department.
Oversee and monitor fumigation and bird control job pertaining on Health & Safety requirements.
Ensure technical support on Termite Management Program RTEP or other high value services which require inspection from a senior or technically competent person.

Administration and Policy Directive

Assist the Branch Manager, Executive as to be able to assist in the best possible way in promoting Company’s business objective.
Manage Technical Team
Assume responsibility for the housekeeping, maintenance and calibration of all RPE (e.g. Full-face Masks, SCBA) and monitor- measuring equipment (e.g. Draeger pumps, Riken Leak Checkers) which are use in fumigation.
Ensure certificate, licenses and documents for RI operation are updated, as required by country regulation on pest control activity
Conduct bi-annual audit and ensure usage of product are compliance on Authorize Product List in all Pest Control Branches
Drive SHE policy compliance and zero tolerance policy. Achieve LTAR target set for the year for Pest Control Division.

Customer Development

Ensure all Customer complaints & inquiries are acted as a matter of urgency and importance following the company SOPs and 2/24 promise.
Act on potential sales and collection opportunities to help generate additional new business, up-selling and improve collection.
Attend required trainings, meetings, conferences and other official company functions necessary for business growth, government legislation compliance and customers’ requirement.

Do you have what it takes? If you want to be considered for this role you will need:

Preferably candidates with Bachelor's Degree in Agriculture major in Entomology or equivalent
At least 2 year(s) of work related experience
With experience in Technical Operation specializing in handling manufacturing company with process standard such GMP, ISO, HACCP, and FSMS.
With excellent communications skills
Proficient in MS Offices
Willing to work in Brgy. Kalawaan, Pasig City
