The Branch Design Officer is responsible for the design review, overall implementation and management of assigned construction projects (division/area) to ensure proper and timely delivery within the approved budget and set quality standard Responsibilities Assists in the development of architectural design standards of the bank's branches and corporate sites Prepares resources schedule for all architectural design works, architectural finishes and FFEs Prepares the list of all architectural work that needs approval, with probable review time required for each Responsible for effective design coordination and presentation of all assigned projects (from schematic to detailed architectural/engineering stage) Responsible in reviewing all drawings, specifications and project documents submitted by Design Consultant for any incorrect, contradicting, incomplete or unclear information or any additional details that need to be incorporated for clear interpretation of the contract scope of works Evaluates / Reviews Shop drawings prepared by the contractor during construction prior to approval Coordinates, assists, and provides technical support that concerns design and construction to the FSM team and other BPI business units and subsidiaries Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related disciplines Minimum of 5 years relevant experience in design, construction and project management 2 years' experience in leadership and management skills Must have understanding in National Building Code and other regulatory requirements related to design construction implementation Knowledgeable in bank operations, business process and regulatory requirements Strong background in architectural design skills Proficiency in oral and written communication Team player and good listening skills Show more Show less
