We are seeking a talented Email Marketing Specialist to drive engagement, optimize communication strategies, and grow our financial services research panel. In this role, you will manage email communications, create compelling survey participant offers, improve completion rates, and ensure compliance with international regulations. This is an exciting opportunity to join CoreData during a transformative phase as we build new research technologies using machine learning.This Manila-based full-time role is best suited to candidates with 3+ years of experience in outbound email campaigns, ideally from a market research company.Your responsibilities will include:

Develop and execute email marketing strategies to engage and grow the financial services research panel
Craft compelling survey participant offers for both existing and new panel members
Optimize email campaigns to improve offer acceptance and survey completion rates
Conduct marketing activities, such as advertising or content-based marketing, to increase panel membership
Utilize email and web analytics to refine email sends and enhance performance
Ensure all outbound communications comply with international laws (CAN-SPAM, GDPR, PECR)
Collaborate with the CoreData Research team to create appropriate incentives for each outbound survey offer
Monitor and analyze email metrics, such as spam report rates, unsubscribe requests, and feedback loop mechanisms (e.g., Google's Postmaster Tools)

Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
Proven experience in developing and executing effective email marketing strategies
Strong understanding of email marketing best practices and international regulations (CAN-SPAM, GDPR, PECR)
Excellent written communication skills with the ability to craft engaging email content
Proficiency in email distribution platforms and automation tools (e.g., Mailchimp, Constant Contact)
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret email and web metrics to drive improvements
Creative problem-solving skills and a keen attention to detail
Ability to manage projects effectively and meet deadlines consistently
