Overview The Channel Growth Specialist is responsible for managing and growing assigned retail outlets, partner stores, and distribution points. This role ensures the effective rollout of sales programs, partner engagement initiatives, and daily retail operations, aligned with business targets for subscriber growth, revenue, and channel profitability. Key Responsibilities: Sales Management Drive activations across Prepaid, Postpaid, FWA (4G/5G), and FMC products. Monitor and analyze performance KPIs including ADA (Average Daily Activation), ROI, and conversion rates. Implement monthly sales programs and ensure achievement of sales targets per channel. Partner Relations Build strong relationships with key partner/dealers, license store owners, and third-party service providers. Conduct regular field visits and business reviews with channel partners. Manage partner performance, resolve conflicts, and ensure alignment to business priorities of the Retail Trade Channel. Program Execution Co-develop localized tactical programs tailored for the Retail Trade Partners. Execute trade campaigns, merchandising guidelines, and tactical activations across retail channels. Collaborate with TMG, Marketing, Product, and Regional Field Sales teams for program rollout. Support Trade Marketing in deploying in-store promotions or Retail Trade campaigns. Ensure brand compliance and customer experience standards across the Retail Trade Channel. Performance Monitoring Generate performance dashboards and reports per channel/site. Provide insights and recommendations for improving foot traffic, sales conversion, and channel efficiency. Track weekly performance vs. targets for each channel: activations, revenue, product mix, and traffic conversion. Identify underperforming Retail Trade partners for recovery program deployment or strategic pivot. Align performance dashboards with KPIs set by Retail Trade team. Strategic Feedback Monthly Conversion Rate per Store Type Channel Retention vs. Turnover Ratio Partner Satisfaction Score Prepaid/Postpaid/FWA Contribution Mix Contribute strategic inputs to quarterly business reviews and territory development plans. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. At least 3-5 years of experience in channel sales, retail operations, or partner management. Experience in Telco Device brand and distribution is an advantage. Strong analytical, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
