Job Description Key Responsibilities Implement, integrate, and optimize MarTech platforms to maximize efficiency and support marketing objectives. Streamline campaign processes and workflows, identifying opportunities to improve marketing effectiveness through technology. Lead projects and specialist teams, collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure successful execution. Manage operations across tools such as CMS, Marketing Automation, CRM systems, Analytics, and Reporting platforms . Oversee lead routing, automation, platform integrations, and data migrations to ensure seamless processes. Establish scalable workflows and best practices for campaign and lead management, while troubleshooting and documenting processes. Mentor and guide Marketing Operations Specialists and Associates, and pioneer adoption of new tools or platforms through exploratory projects. Qualifications 4-6 years of relevant experience in Marketing, IT, Engineering, or related fields. Hands-on experience with CRM, CMS, and MarTech tools (e.g., Marketo, Salesforce, Pardot, Sitecore, WordPress, Outreach ). Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines consistently. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including working with international clients. Demonstrated interest in continuous learning, especially in digital marketing, data analytics, and emerging technologies . Proficient in Windows and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel. Willing to work onsite in Pasig City (2x a week) on night shift, 8 PM - 5 AM PST .
