- Email Campaign Management - Building, testing, and deploying a variety of emails including newsletters, general marketing campaigns, webinar/event invitations, and Account-Based Marketing (ABM) communications, all using our existing Marketo templates and design editor.
- Marketing Automation Execution - Setting up and managing drip campaigns within Marketo, with the potential to progress to building more complex nurture flows as you grow in the role.
- Audience Segmentation & List Hygiene - Performing data segmentation based on specified criteria and ensuring audience lists are clean and de-duplicated.
- A/B Testing - Conducting A/B tests on email content, audiences, and creative elements to optimize performance.
- Performance Reporting - Regularly reporting on email performance metrics, providing insights into campaign effectiveness.
- Creative Support - Utilizing Canva templates for basic design needs to support email and campaign visuals.
- 1-2 years of hands-on experience using an enterprise marketing automation platform, with a strong preference for Marketo.
- Technical Skills - Familiarity with Canva for basic design tasks is a plus.
- Attention to Detail - Exceptional precision in your work, ensuring accuracy in all communications and data handling.
- Problem-Solving - A proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
- Communication Skills - Clear and effective written and verbal communication in English.
- Independence & Time Management - Ability to manage your workload effectively and work autonomously to meet deadlines.
- Adaptability - Eagerness to learn new tools and processes, and adapt to evolving priorities in a dynamic marketing environment.
- Language Fluency - Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
