Schedule: 20 hours a week (TBA/Eastern Standard Time)Job DescriptionWe are a growing dropshipping company looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Order & Pricing Verification Specialist to support our daily operations. This role involves reviewing orders in Amazon Seller Central, verifying vendor charges against purchase orders (POs), and accurately entering data into our internal system and QuickBooks.Key Responsibilities
  • Review and track orders in Amazon Seller Central
  • Compare vendor invoices/charges with purchase orders (POs) to ensure accuracy
  • Identify pricing discrepancies and flag issues
  • Enter and update order and financial data in internal systems and QuickBooks
  • Maintain accurate and organized records of orders and transactions
  • Communicate with team members regarding order or pricing issues
  • Follow standard processes and ensure data accuracy at all times
Requirements
  • Previous work experience with Amazon Seller Central
  • Experience using Quickbooks
  • Good communication skills
  • Ability to follow instructions and learn quickly
  • Organized and reliable
