We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced accounting professional with a CPA license to join our finance team. This position will be responsible for the accurate preparation and timely delivery of financial reports, including Profit and Loss (P&L) statements, to support sound decision-making within the organization. The role requires a strong focus on ensuring the company's compliance with BIR (Bureau of Internal Revenue) regulations and maintaining a state of audit readiness at all times. Key Responsibilities: Organizing and preparing tax-related documents, ensuring accurate and complete tax filings, and proactively addressing potential risks to meet BIR compliance standards. This may include Handling of Tax Compliance and BIR-related filings and concerns. The senior Finance Officer will lead efforts to ensure that financial processes and records are audit-ready, with an emphasis on mitigating compliance risks. This role may also be required to support the team in recording accounts payable, accounts receivables, bank reconciliation, and preparation of other financial and management reports.
