We're seeking a licensed Professional Engineer to support our client with reviewing and signing off on construction plans. The role requires strong knowledge of Florida building codes and compliance standards. This is not a constant, ongoing service but rather an as-needed engagement whenever projects come in.Key Responsibilities:Review and sign off on construction plans.Ensure compliance with Florida building codes and regulations.Provide professional engineering expertise on an as-needed basis.Requirements:Must be a licensed Professional Engineer authorized to practice in Florida (you do not need to reside in Florida).Proven ability to sign off on construction plans.Strong knowledge and application of Florida building codes.Reliable and detail-oriented.Independent Contractor Pay: To be discussed with the client
