- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders in the BPO sector.
- Collaborate with internal teams to create and deliver tailored outsourcing solutions that meet client needs.
- Negotiate and close business deals that ensure long-term partnerships and revenue generation.
- Prepare and present proposals, reports, and business development strategies to senior management.
- Attend networking events, industry conferences, and meetings to enhance the companys visibility in the BPO market.
- Monitor performance metrics and provide insights for continuous improvement.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and market demands specific to the BPO sector.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role within the BPO industry.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to develop and execute effective business strategies tailored to BPO services.
- Experience with CRM software and sales analytics tools is a plus.
- Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
- Experience in client acquisition, outsourcing solutions, and strategic partnerships in the BPO industry.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
