We are looking for a Business Development Executive to drive revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, nurturing leads, and closing deals. This role requires a proactive professional with strong networking skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced B2B environment.Key Responsibilities:
Identify and qualify potential clients through market research, networking, and inbound/outbound lead generation.
Develop and maintain relationships with prospective clients, understanding their needs and pain points.
Follow up with leads via email, calls, and meetings to guide them through the sales pipeline.
Present and pitch company's services to potential clients, highlighting key benefits and ROI.
Prepare and negotiate contracts, ensuring a win-win agreement for both parties.
Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and conversion rates.
Represent the company at industry expos, trade shows, and networking events to generate leads and expand business opportunities.
Build strong relationships with industry partners and potential clients during events.
Track and follow up on connections made during expos to convert them into business opportunities.
Conduct outbound calls to engage potential clients and introduce them to our solutions.
Overcome objections, handle inquiries, and schedule meetings with decision-makers.
Maintain detailed records of outreach activities, feedback, and conversion progress.
Qualifications
College Graduate
Fluent in English (Native) and Proficient in Filipino
Mastery of Google Workspace (Google Drive, Google Sheets, Calendar, etc.)
Mastery of Presenting Pitch Decks and has experience with Microsoft PPT or Canva
Previous experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service is an advantage.
Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
Confidence in cold calling and handling objections professionally.
Ability to multi-task, stay organized, and work in a fast-paced environment.
