We are looking for a Business Development Executive to drive revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, nurturing leads, and closing deals. This role requires a proactive professional with strong networking skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced B2B environment.Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and qualify potential clients through market research, networking, and inbound/outbound lead generation.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with prospective clients, understanding their needs and pain points.
  • Follow up with leads via email, calls, and meetings to guide them through the sales pipeline.
  • Present and pitch company's services to potential clients, highlighting key benefits and ROI.
  • Prepare and negotiate contracts, ensuring a win-win agreement for both parties.
  • Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and conversion rates.
  • Represent the company at industry expos, trade shows, and networking events to generate leads and expand business opportunities.
  • Build strong relationships with industry partners and potential clients during events.
  • Track and follow up on connections made during expos to convert them into business opportunities.
  • Conduct outbound calls to engage potential clients and introduce them to our solutions.
  • Overcome objections, handle inquiries, and schedule meetings with decision-makers.
  • Maintain detailed records of outreach activities, feedback, and conversion progress.
Qualifications
  • College Graduate
  • Fluent in English (Native) and Proficient in Filipino
  • Mastery of Google Workspace (Google Drive, Google Sheets, Calendar, etc.)
  • Mastery of Presenting Pitch Decks and has experience with Microsoft PPT or Canva
  • Previous experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service is an advantage.
  • Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
  • Confidence in cold calling and handling objections professionally.
  • Ability to multi-task, stay organized, and work in a fast-paced environment.
Assigned Work Schedules
  • Monday - Friday 9:00AM - 5:00 PM
  • 1 hour Lunch Break
  • Remote Work is available for up to two days a week. (Subject to Approval)
