The Human Resources Business Partner Manager performs Human Resources related duties at the professional level and may carry out responsibilities in some or all of the following functional areas: Talent Management, Employee Relations, Training, Employee Engagement, Labor Relations, HRIS, HR Analytics, Change and Organizational Development, HR Policy and Compliance, Case Management and Compensation and Benefit programs. The HRBP also acts as a strategic link between the HR department and specific business units, aligning HR initiatives with overall business priorities. Responsibilities 1. Understand the company's challenges and provide HR insights and solutions to support performance and growth. 2. Influence organizational design, workforce planning, and succession planning in collaboration with senior leaders. 3. Acts as company culture and employee experience champion. 4. Oversee talent review and performance management processes for assigned business units. 5. Partner with Talent Acquisition and Learning & Development to drive talent strategies, onboarding, and capability building. Qualifications Bachelor&aposs degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Behavioral Science, Business Administration, or a related field. A master&aposs degree is a plus. With at least 8 years experience as an HR Business Partner or similar role, demonstrating successful HR strategy development and implementation. Possess in-depth knowledge of HR best practice and business acumen Certification in HR (e.g., SHRM-CP, CHRP, PHR) are preferred but not mandatory.
