Title: Human Resource Business Partner Location: Philippines Role Purpose: This role is responsible for fostering positive employee relations by developing and implementing policies and programs that enhance employee engagement. It requires close collaboration with the client organization to align HR initiatives with business needs, manage employee development plans, and oversee job descriptions. Additionally, the role guides performance management, disciplinary actions, and terminations while ensuring compliance with employment laws and industry trends. Key responsibilities also include handling benefits inquiries, tracking performance reviews, managing leave of absences, and coordinating with immigration attorneys on visa and green card processes. Key Responsibilities: Lead and drive positive employee relations by developing and implementing HR policies, programs, and initiatives that enhance employee engagement and organizational culture. Partner closely with senior leadership to align HR strategies with business objectives and provide strategic HR guidance. Oversee the individual development planning process, ensuring employees have clear growth paths and development opportunities. Manage the creation, review, and maintenance of job descriptions to support workforce planning and talent management. Advise and coach managers on performance management, employee relations, disciplinary actions, and terminations to ensure consistency and compliance. Ensure organizational compliance with employment laws, industry regulations, and internal HR policies by staying informed of legislativeupdates and best practices. Oversee employee benefits administration, addressing complex inquiries and ensuring employees receive appropriate support. Drive performance review processes, tracking completion, and working withleadership to improve feedback and development frameworks. Manage leave of absence programs, ensuring compliance with companypolicies and legal requirements while supporting employees through theprocess. Work closely with immigration attorneys on visa sponsorships and green cardprocesses, ensuring compliance with immigration laws and company policies. Qualifications & Experience: Required: A relevant degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Business Administration (HR or Management), Industrial Relations, or Legal Management. For senior roles, an MBA or a Master's in HR Management is advantageous. Minimum of 8 years' experience in HR with 4 years as an HR Generalist with increasing levels of responsibility Minimum 2 years of HR Management experience. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Interact comfortably with customers with strong written and verbal communication skills. Customer oriented, analytic, problem-solving solving and proficiency in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and general computer applications. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
