The position is primarily responsible for aligning HR initiatives to business objectives of organizational units. The HRBP will serve as a consultant to management on human resource-related issues and shall act as an employee champion and change agent. Maintains an effective level of business literacy about the partner&aposs financial position, its midrange plans, culture, and competition. Engages in business strategy assessment and review. Contributes to that strategy by helping leaders identify where their organizations can invest resources to increase business performance. Collaborates with HR Center of Excellence to ensure the successful design and implementation of HR solutions, policies, and programs across organizational units. Provides consultative advice on issues addressing employee relations, performance management, and succession planning. Aligns HR strategies with business objectives to support growth, productivity, and employee satisfaction. Analyzes HR metrics and trends to contribute to strategic decision-making and drive continuous improvement. Assists in communicating talent acquisition requests and onboarding, as requested. Recommends enhancements in employee engagement activities within the assigned business unit. Uses tools, knowledge, and other information sources to identify business trends and ensure that appropriate solutions are in place to support the business.
