Your Role:Partners with various levels of People team members and their internal stakeholders to provide guidance and expertise on HR business processes, from process design through to process execution. Creates project plans, ensures adherence to project schedules, and maintains a systems orientation. Works effectively with peers to set technology priorities and conducts long-term planning.Serves as a technical point-of-contact for the assigned functional area and assists subject matter experts with ensuring data integrity, testing system changes, report-writing, and analyzing data flows for process improvement opportunities. Demonstrates and applies strong analytical skills when responding to inquiries and taking on new challenges.Your Experience:
  • 3-5 years of implementation experience with SAP SuccessFactors.
  • Functional expertise in PMGM Comp modules: Design, configure, and test

  • Employee Central
  • Employee Central, Stories, and any other modules are nice to have.
  • Understand the as-is environment and advise on the strategic and tactical roadmap with suitable solutions.
  • Work with business partners to understand requirements and deduce work products and deliverables, followed by solution design and configuration of SuccessFactors products.
  • Contribute to the development of technical project documents and/or review third-party documents.
  • Exceptional handling of confidential data.
  • Strong process improvement skills. Serve as a resource for less-experienced analysts, sharing best practices.
  • Continually assess current and upcoming People technology, identify and recommend systems/process improvements, and deliver technological solutions that support operational excellence.
  • Advanced proficiency with MS Office tools, including advanced Excel functions.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
