Provide effective and efficient administrative support for the management of offices and apartments in the Philippines and Australia, including maintenance, upkeep, and daily repair requests, as well as coordinating office renovations or upgrades. 2. Arrange logistics for visiting colleagues, company meetings, and events, ensuring smooth communication and resource allocation. 3. Assist with business travel arrangements, including accommodation bookings, transportation support, airport pickups, and visa application processes. 4. Manage vendor relationships for cleaning services, rental apartments, and other outsourced services, ensuring timely execution and contract compliance. 5. Prepare and submit monthly administrative budgets, expense reports, and payment records in accordance with company policies and agreed contracts. 6. Implement local employee welfare programs, including holiday celebrations, team-building activities, and other compensatory events. Job Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree or higher. 2. At least 1 year of experience in administrative roles related to office management. 3. Proficiency in English, with the ability to use it as a working language. 4.
