ABOUT THE ROLE The main responsibility of this role is to manage a national portfolio of workers compensation policies in the small-medium business sector, whilst also providing some administrative support for our broking, claims and accounts teams based in Australia. To be successful in this role you will need to be highly organised, have great attention to detail, while being keen to work in a dynamic environment where we continually look for ways to improve our processes. Responsibilities: 1.Broking: Liaise with clients to manage workers compensation policies, including new business, renewals, endorsement, adjustment and cancellation transactions Liaise with insurers nationally Data entry/online submission of wage details Assist with administration of client records across multiple platforms Inbox management Proactively manage portfolio debt recovery Assist with premium calculations and projections 2.Operational: Process cash receipts Mailbox management Assist with data compilation for digital marketing 3.Process Improvements: Provide inputs to refine/improve standardised processes to ensure efficient, timely and accurate process delivery Prepare and/or update all necessary documentation, e.g. manuals/procedures/scope of services Requirements and Qualifications: 6-12 months experience in a professional office environment with a high level of attention to detail on all tasks and be process driven Bachelor&aposs Degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
