Role Overview: Develops and implements a comprehensive HR technology stack strategy as aligned with goals of HROD Ensures technical solution and configuration for business requirements are defined and implementing in projects Manages the solution architecture for Darwinbox and HR systems integrated with it, from implementation to support Acts as point of contact for all HR system requirements, management of overall HR system requirements ensuring no overlaps/redundancies with Darwinbox and existing applications in use, ensuring alignment with overall CIT directions and will facilitate collaboration with other CIT teams Ensures that Service Levels Agreements and systems are up all the time. Provides direction to the operations support team by asserting the standard service operations processes and evaluating the delivered tasks versus the service level agreement on a periodic basis. Implements improvements by conducting regular service reviews, identifying improvement areas due to metrics not reached, holding regular benchmarkings, and conducting audits and maturity assessments. Required Qualifications: Graduate of Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, MIS, Marketing, or any related course Has 3-6 years of related work experience Preferably with knowledge in Darwinbox, or at least other similar HCM Tools, Project Management, Technical Architecture Has strong understanding of HCM Tool and alignment to HR processes We are committed to providing our employees with the best possible experience.
