Job Summary: We are looking for a highly motivated PR Team Lead with a strong background in content creation and strategic communications. You will lead the PR team in crafting compelling narratives, managing media relations, and producing content that amplifies our brand voice across traditional and digital platforms. Main Duties and Responsibilities: Public Relations & Media Outreach Lead PR planning and execution for campaigns, launches, and company milestones. Build and maintain strong relationships with media, journalists, and influencers. Draft and distribute press releases, media kits, and official statements. Monitor media coverage and handle media inquiries and crisis communications. Content Strategy & Creation Oversee development of high-quality content, including press releases, blog articles, thought leadership pieces, speeches, video scripts, and op-eds. Ensure brand tone, messaging, and positioning are consistent across all communications. Collaborate with internal stakeholders (marketing, product, leadership) to align content with business goals. Strategy & Reporting Develop and maintain a comprehensive PR calendar in line with the marketing strategy. Analyze content performance and PR metrics; provide monthly reporting with key insights and recommendations. Stay up to date with industry trends, media landscape changes, and competitor activities. Team Leadership Manage and mentor junior PR/content staff, freelancers, or agencies as needed. Provide editorial guidance and feedback to ensure content quality and consistency. Coordinate with cross-functional teams (social, creative, digital, etc.) to support integrated campaigns. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or related field. 10+ years of experience in public relations, corporate communications, or content-focused marketing roles. Proven experience in media relations and content development. Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills (English;Tagalog). Strong project management and interpersonal skills. Experience in crisis communications and reputation management is a plus. Familiarity with SEO, social media platforms, and content analytics tools is a bonus. Preferred Skills: Strategic thinker with strong attention to detail. Can manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines. Comfortable in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
