Duties And Responsibilities His primary duty is to prompt and efficient service of all Food and Beverage items available in our outlets. The strength and sincerity of the Shangri-La&aposs Boracay Resort & Spa's image should reflect at all times through a friendly, courteous manner and helpful attitude, extending beyond guest's expectation. It should be noted that Service Associates can be designated in charge of any area at any time and therefore must have a full and comprehensive working knowledge of all areas within the Food and Beverage Division. Qualifications Experience in an international hotel with the same capacity is an advantage. Strong background in Bartending, F&B Service and Operations. A self-starter, guest-oriented, with eye for details, has initiative and anticipation. Membership in the Philippine Bartenders League/ International Bartenders Association is a plus. Oral and Written Fluency in both English and Filipino. Knowledge in other foreign language is an advantage. A graduate of Hospitality Management/ International Management or any related course.
