Professional & Technical Skills: - Required Skill: Expert proficiency in WorkForce Software Time and Attendance. - Strong understanding of business process modeling and analysis. - Experience in developing business cases and project proposals. - Ability to communicate complex concepts clearly to diverse audiences. - Experience with change management methodologies and practices. - Proficient in stakeholder engagement and relationship management.
