Professional & Technical Skills: - Required Skill: Expert proficiency in WorkForce Software Time and Attendance. - Strong understanding of business architecture principles and methodologies. - Experience in conducting current state assessments and gap analysis. - Knowledge of business process modeling and optimization techniques. - Experience in developing business cases and ROI analysis. - Proficiency in data analysis and interpretation. - Experience with business intelligence tools such as Tableau or Power BI. - Excellent communication and presentation skills.
