- Build, test, QA, deploy, and monitor emails, including standalone batch communications, behaviorally triggered emails, and automated lifecycle journeys
- Create experiments and A/B Tests for both one-off batch emails and longer email journeys
- Support test & learn efforts across the marketing team
- Monitor and optimize the performance of emails
- Partner with customer service to troubleshoot
- Configuring dynamic content
- Setting up experiments and A/B tests
- Test links, layout, mobile/web visualization prior to launching a campaign
- Pull campaign reports into Excel/Sheets
- Campaign and Program Management:
- Manage and optimize lifecycle marketing programs to achieve quarterly revenue targets.
- Prepare production briefs for execution teams to implement campaigns.
- Stakeholder Collaboration:
- Managing communication and alignment across teams, including creative studios and operational partners, to ensure projects progress smoothly.
- Review creative assets and provide feedback to ensure they align with the campaign brief.
- Serve as the main point of contact for execution teams, providing context for audience segmentation and targeting.
- Performance Analysis and Reporting:
- Track and analyze program performance, preparing detailed reports and actionable recommendations.
- 3+ years of experience in lifecycle marketing, email, and CRM (preferably in the mortgage or financial services industries but not required).
- Experience in marketing automation tools (e.g., Braze, Salesforce preferred but not required) and data analytics platforms.
- Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Experience in campaign development, creative briefing, and production workflows.
- Exceptional analytical skills, with the ability to derive insights from data and make informed decisions.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with Slack, G-Suite, ClickUp
- Experience in the fintech industry.
- Familiarity with audience segmentation, targeting strategies, and campaign execution.
