We’re looking for two energetic and detail-oriented Sales Representatives to join our team and help our customers take the leap into their next life-changing journey.Role SummaryAs a Sales Representative at Flash Pack, you’ll be the first point of contact for prospective travelers. Your role is to deliver friendly, knowledgeable, and persuasive support—primarily through live chat, with some scheduled calls—to guide customers from curiosity to booking. You’ll need to combine sharp product knowledge, exceptional communication skills, and a passion for travel to drive conversions while building lasting trust with our community of solo adventurers.This is a full-time remote role with schedules aligned to cover US West Coast evening hours (5 PM – 11 PM PT) to support our global customer base.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide real-time support via live chat and scheduled calls to prospective customers, guiding them toward booking.Demonstrate deep product knowledge of Flash Pack’s trips and match customers with the right experiences.Handle complex questions, objections, and concerns with professionalism and confidence.Use multiple systems and internal knowledge bases (3–4 platforms) to quickly find accurate information.Maintain a friendly, energetic, and informal communication style to build rapport with customers.Collaborate with the broader customer experience and sales team to share insights and improve the customer journey.Meet or exceed sales performance targets, contributing directly to increased conversion rates.Qualifications1–2 years of experience in a customer-facing sales or service role, ideally within travel, hospitality, or a complex product/service environment.Exceptional English communication skills (written and verbal), able to adapt style to different customer needs.Proven ability to handle objections, articulate unique selling points (USPs), and close sales.Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and multitasking skills—comfortable navigating multiple systems at once.Passion for travel and enthusiasm for sharing experiences with customers.Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to align with global customer demand.Experience in a remote or distributed team environment is a plus.Compensation & BenefitsCompetitive salary: $1,000 – $1,500 USD per month (based on experience and location).Performance-based bonuses and incentives for achieving sales targets.Comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance and retirement contributions.Professional development opportunities and the chance to travel to the UK once per year for training or team building.The opportunity to join a dynamic, fast-growing company that is redefining solo travel.
