As a Assistant Quantity Surveyor, you are responsible for managing all aspects of costs and contracts within construction projects. Ensuring effective cost management, accurate quantity take-offs, and contract administration. Key Responsibilities: prepare accurate cost estimates and budgets for construction projects, considering materials, labor, equipment, and other relevant factors. conduct quantity take-offs from architectural and engineering drawings to determine the quantities of materials and resources required for the project. prepare and review contract documents, including scope of work, conditions of contracts, and variations. take accurate quantity measurements from design drawings and specifications. prepare bill quantities and schedules of rates for tendering procurement purposes. review and validate quantity submissions from contractors and suppliers. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in quantity surveying, Construction Management, Civil Engineer, Mechanical Engineer or a related field.
