ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Flexibility to learn all types of Customer Service channels through PAID Training
  • High ownership for learning and development
  • Provide outstanding service to our customers
  • Understand the list of research or back-office tasks
  • Perform the tasks at the required speed and accuracy to meet client's KPI requirements
  • Involve in ad-hoc projects
  • Log all activities diligently
  • Meet daily KPI requirement
Minimum Requirement Qualifications:
  • Good English communication skills
  • Advance Computer Skills
  • Attention to detail and quality-conscious
  • Amenable to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays
  • Amenable to work in Ortigas Center Pasig (Hybrid set up)
Education and/or Experience:
  • "No experience needed! Get paid while we train you_ for back office, voice, and/or blended accounts._
  • College level (with or without BPO experience) or Sr. High School graduate (with at least 6 months of BPO experience)
  • Knowledge of MS Office, Gsuite Applications, Zendesk are preferred but not required
Demonstrated competency in the following areas is also required:
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to work to deadlines and under pressure with a positive attitude
  • Proven to be a lead-taker and able to work with passion without the need for constant coaching or manager intervention
  • Show high Grit and flexibility to be coached and learn
