Most importantly, you’re passionate about Shae Group’s mission to transform lives with AI.Role OverviewAs our Sales Closer, you’ll own the final mile of the sales cycle: negotiations, contracts, and successful handover to delivery. You’ll combine strong salesmanship with a consultative approach, ensuring Shae Group wins both trust and revenue across multiple verticals.Responsibilities
Lead closing conversations for B2B and B2B2C sales across AI services, digital platforms, and education/health solutions.
Handle large-scale B2C community-based deals where relevant.
Negotiate terms, manage contracts, and secure signatures.
Work closely with Setters and Engagement Specialists to ensure meetings are qualified.
Maintain CRM hygiene and accurate forecasts.
Collaborate across teams to deliver seamless client onboarding and satisfaction.
Requirements
3–5 years’ experience in B2B/B2B2C sales with a strong record of closing deals.
Expertise in negotiating enterprise-level contracts and navigating complex buying groups.
Proven ability to manage large-scale B2C or community-driven sales.
Skilled in consultative selling with a client-first approach.
Proficiency with CRM systems and maintaining accurate sales pipelines.
Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with setters, engagement specialists, and delivery teams.
Excellent communication, persuasion, and relationship-building abilities.
Benefits
Base Salary: USD $1,200–2,000 per month
Performance Incentives: USD $800–2,000 per month
On-Target Earnings (OTE): USD $2,000–4,000 per month
