This role will partner closely with Account Executives (AEs), CSMs, Customer Education, and the Support team to craft tailored solutions, demonstrate product capabilities, and ensure successful implementation post-sale. What does a day in the life of a Sales Engineer/Sales Solution Specialist look like Partner with Account Executives to understand customer requirements and business challenges Craft and deliver tailored technical pitches, demonstrations, and presentations Address technical questions and objections from prospects and stakeholders Lead product demos that highlight features, functionality, and tangible benefits Conduct in-depth technical consultations to align solutions with existing customer infrastructures Partners with Customer Education, AEs, CSMs, and the Support team Support proof-of-concept (POC) engagements to validate solution fit Liaise with Product Development and Engineering teams to relay customer feedback and influence product roadmaps Work hand-in-hand with Customer Success and Implementation teams for smooth post-sale hand-offs Share best practices and technical insights across the Sales organization Provide hands-on support during initial deployment or integration phases Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues that arise during onboarding Develop guides, tutorials, and configuration examples to accelerate customer success Stay current on industry trends, emerging technologies, and technical enhancements to our product suite Maintain and update internal knowledge base, CRM entries, and technical collateral Attend training sessions, webinars, and conferences to deepen product expertise Adhere to company policies and procedures Meet or exceed performance targets for related KPIs Continuously improve knowledge of products, services, and processes by participating in training programs and continuous learning modules Collaborate with other departments as needed What are the required qualifications for a Sales Engineer/Sales Solution Specialist 3+ years of experience in a customer-facing technical role such as Sales Engineer, Solutions Architect, Technical Consultant or similar roles 2+ years of experience in a Software as a Service (SaaS) industry Exceptional presentation and communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly Proven track record of supporting sales cycles and closing deals through technical expertise Proficient in using computers and various software applications Knowledge with Zendesk, Salesforce or any CRM is preferred Knowledgeable with Google Suite or MS Office applications Ninja Perks and Benefits *Full time employees Competitive compensation Adherence to government-mandated benefits Retirement Savings Program with Company Matching Life Insurance HMO on day 1 Paid time off, birthday leave Bonus and incentive plans Opportunities for skills training and personal and professional development Employee Referral Program Beautiful office space Free lunch provided daily Experience infinite fun so you can have infinite growth.
