Job Duties and Responsibilities: Reviews the approved quality control inspection plan (QCIP), policies and procedures. Conducts preliminary inspection (material receiving, in-process and final inspection) with the field operation group prior to joint inspection with the client. Ensures that all inspected materials and equipment are complied with the drawings, specifications, applicable requirements, codes and standards. Conducts orientation / tool box meeting with the field operation group for each discipline for the quality control implementation. Monitors daily inspection activities and associated documentation. Ensures internal request for inspection (RFI&aposs) are attended properly and responsible for preparing necessary inspection reports and other documents for the close out of RFI&aposs. Prepares quality control inspection report (QCIR&aposs), non conformance report (NCR&aposs) for noted quality violation / findings and verification of corrections / corrective actions taken prior to close out. Does and delivers in a timely manner all other tasks as may be required by superiors and the EEI Management. Job Qualifications and Job Competencies Qualifications: Educational Attainment: Bachelor&aposs degree in Mechanical, Civil, Electrical Engineering. Experience: Three (1) to (3) years of experience in Quality Control in a construction setting. Skills: Computer Literacy (PowerPoint, Excel, Word); Communication Skills (Listening, Reading, Writing, Speaking). Knowledgeable with the ASTM and ASME standards. Competencies: Demonstrated the ability to identify nonconformities, perform root cause analysis, and recommend immediate corrections Demonstrated the ability to plan, monitors, and control daily activities.
