- Answer incoming calls in a courteous and professional manner.
- Listen actively and identify the nature of the customer’s concern or inquiry.
- Gather relevant information and verify customer details to ensure proper call handling.
- Provide basic assistance or clarification if within scope; otherwise, transfer to the appropriate department or sales agent.
- Use internal tools and systems to log calls, update records, and route calls accurately.
- Ensure a smooth and professional call transfer experience for the customer.
- Follow call handling scripts, escalation protocols, and service-level expectations.
- Stay informed about updates to processes, contact routing, and department structures.
- 2 years of call center experience in customer service or inbound.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle a high volume of calls efficiently and calmly.
- Familiarity with call center systems (dialers, CRMs) is an advantage.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
