As a Planning & Performance Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that annual targets are met. You will be responsible for executing the annual budget and LE processes by effectively communicating and implementing corporate guidelines. Your role will involve defining and managing sales planning timelines while liaising with all relevant stakeholders. You will propose and implement frameworks for analysing results and developing action plans to close any gaps. Furthermore, you will ensure that resources, tools, and necessary information are available to establish sales targets that align with corporate growth targets. Your role will also involve developing systems to facilitate PPM processes such as analytical methods, data management, reporting systems, business performance, and planning systems.
- Ensure execution of annual budget and LE processes by implementing corporate guidelines
- Define and manage sales planning timelines, communicating with all stakeholders
- Propose and implement frameworks for result analysis and action plan development
- Ensure resources, tools, and necessary information are available to establish sales targets
- Develop systems to facilitate PPM process - analytical methods, data management, reporting systems, business performance, and planning systems
- Support external team through identification and communication of best practices
- Identify internal and external benchmarks for KPI development
The ideal candidate for the Planning & Performance Manager position will have a degree in math, business, statistics, engineering or economics. They should bring along five to seven years' experience in Business Information, Financial or Research Analysis. The ability to work under tight timelines is essential for this role. The candidate should also have the ability to coach and manage others. A balance between detailed focus and the ability to take a long term perspective is crucial. Strong business case development, analytical and problem-solving skills are required. The candidate should have a thorough understanding of the industry and competition. They should be able to communicate complex concepts into simple messages in both oral and written format. Knowledge of analytical tools is also necessary.
- Degree in math, business, statistics, engineering or economics
- Five to seven years' experience in Business Information, Financial or Research Analysis
- Ability to work under tight timelines
