Key Responsibilities Lead project delivery, client conversations, and manage stakeholders both internally and externally. Guide and lead a team of experienced resources, ensuring project execution within planned timelines. Lead solution design and implementation, maintaining high quality within time and budget constraints. Coordinate effectively with client organizations, enhancing client relationships. Lead EPM application design and assess project requirements to identify optimal solutions. Identify business development opportunities through networking and leveraging personal and firm networks. Prepare RFP responses and conduct client presentations to drive business opportunities. Independently handle business development and project delivery, whether onshore or offshore. Qualifications 8+ years of relevant work experience, with 7+ years in consulting and business development. Functional experience in Digital Finance, Planning, budgeting processes, KPI Identification, Management, and financial reporting. Experience in AI/ML or data science use cases in FP&A processes. Experience in Data & Master data governance. Functional experience in Finance transformation projects across all phases. 3 full lifecycles implementation experience in EPM technologies (Oracle EPM Suite, Anaplan, SAP SAC/BPC/GR, OneStream, etc.). Experience in Management and Financial reporting, performance management, disclosure management, XBRL reporting, and last-mile reporting tools (Oracle Analytic Cloud, Power BI, Tableau, QlikView, Workiva, etc.). Experience in independently handling teams of 8-10 resources.
