- Manage bookkeeping functions related to real estate transactions, commissions payable, and fee calculations.
- Review and reconcile transaction data to ensure accuracy in financial reporting.
- Assist clients with workflow and process-related questions.
- Troubleshoot commission and fee discrepancies with a focus on mathematical accuracy.
- Collaborate with team members to improve transaction processes and ensure timely reporting.
- Learn and work within the company's software tools to support bookkeeping and transaction management tasks.
- Maintain compliance with industry regulations and accounting standards.
- Strong background in bookkeeping (real estate experience highly preferred).
- Familiarity with roles such as Conveyancer, Transaction Coordinator, Deal Administrator, Commissions Payable, or Real Estate Bookkeeper.
- Comfort in learning and using new technologies and software systems.
- Excellent numerical accuracy and problem-solving skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Previous experience in real estate accounting or transaction management.
- Experience with commission tracking software or real estate management platforms.
