We are looking for a highly organised, detail-oriented, and proactive Transaction Coordinator to support our real estate operations. The ideal candidate will act as a central hub for client-agent communications, document processing, and marketing efforts, ensuring smooth and timely execution of every stage in the real estate transaction lifecycle. This role is perfect for someone with a strong background in real estate support , excellent English communication skills, and experience handling cold calling and transaction coordination for the AU/NZ market. Key Responsibilities: Serve as the first point of contact for buyer and seller inquiries via phone or email Schedule meetings, inspections, and follow-ups between clients and agents, maintaining a well-coordinated calendar Maintain and update transaction tracking systems throughout the property sales cycle Draft, format, and proofread contracts, listing agreements, and other real estate documents Ensure all transactions are compliant with relevant laws and industry regulations (including loans, escrow, licensing) Assist in creating marketing materials such as flyers, brochures, posters, and digital ads to promote listings Manage and update online property listings and social media channels (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram) Support coordination of virtual tours, open houses, and digital promotional campaigns Qualifications: At least 3 years of experience supporting US and UK Real Estate Markets 1+ year of Real Estate Cold Calling experience (AU/NZ market preferred) Proficient in CRM & transaction tools such as Trello, Monday.com, or similar platforms C1-level English fluency (both written and verbal) Preferred Attributes: Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management skills High level of accuracy and attention to detail in document handling and data entry Comfortable working independently in a remote setup with minimal supervision Familiarity with real estate compliance requirements is a plus Technical Requirements: Equipment is self-provided USB Headset with Noise Cancellation feature Working Webcam Computer with at least 1.5 GHz processor and at least 8GB RAM Main Internet Service Speed: at least 50 Mbps cable connection Backup Internet Service Speed: at least 25 Mbps Dual Monitor Benefits: Discretionary bonus - not a 13th month pay.
