Responsible for operation/maintenance/monitoring/billing platform products of Tencent Private Cloud. 2. Track and manage issues encountered during project operations, drive problem resolution, improve operational efficiency and quality, and ensure closed-loop issue handling. 3. Document and report operational issues, identify documentation gaps, and contribute to the improvement of maintenance documentation. Qualifications & Requirements: 1. Education: - Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science or related field from a Chinese institution, or international equivalent. 2. Experience: - 3+ years of Linux system operations/maintenance experience with proficiency in Linux operations and performance tuning. 3. Technical Skills (Virtualization/Cloud): - Familiarity with virtualization technologies (KVM/Xen, OpenStack, CloudStack) or mainstream cloud products (AWS/Azure/Alibaba Cloud). - Preferred: Experience in cloud platform/virtualization project delivery/operations; TCP/IP proficiency; CCNA/HCIA certification. 4. Technical Skills (Containers/Storage): - Proficient in container technologies (Kubernetes/Docker). - Preferred: Hands-on maintenance experience; operation skills; knowledge of CEPH distributed storage. 5. Automation & Tools: - Proficient in scripting (Python/Shell) for automation; - Knowledge of Zookeeper/Kafka/Elasticsearch/MQ; - Familiarity with Yum/NTP/PXE service configuration. 6. Certifications (Preferred): - Cloud certifications (AWS/Azure/Alibaba Cloud); - Public cloud server operation experience. 7. Soft Skills: - Strong work ethic, fast-learning ability, and teamwork spirit; - Excellent communication, logical thinking, and on-site problem-solving skills; - Ability to withstand frontline client pressure. 8.
