- Make outbound and receive inbound calls to promote and sell water filtration products.
- Understand and confidently explain product features, benefits, and pricing tailored to plumbing-related use cases.
- Build rapport and trust with customers, identifying their needs and recommending suitable solutions.
- Develop deep product knowledge to serve as a trusted advisor on water quality and filtration.
- Record sales activity, customer information, and lead status in CRM systems.
- Collaborate with client-side technicians and support teams to ensure accurate communication and a smooth customer journey.
- Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs.
- Minimum of 2 years sales experience, ideally in phone-based or voice account roles.
- Excellent verbal English communication and listening skills.
- Strong ability to learn technical products and communicate them in an easy-to-understand way.
- Previous experience in home improvement, plumbing, or water-related products is a plus.
- Highly motivated, target-driven, and organized.
- Familiarity with CRM or sales tools is preferred.
