We are seeking a Salesforce Director to lead and scale enterprise-wide Salesforce delivery practice. This role is ideal for a strategic leader with a proven track record in managing teams, delivering large-scale Salesforce implementations, and shaping solutions for enterprise clients.Key Qualifications:
  • 10+ years of hands-on Salesforce experience across multiple clouds and industries
  • Proven experience leading and mentoring Salesforce teams
  • Strong background in managing enterprise-level clients and large-scale project delivery
  • Expertise in managing and completing RFP (Request for Proposal) processes, including solutioning and presentations
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
What You'll Do:
  • Lead Salesforce delivery teams to ensure successful implementation and adoption
  • Drive technical strategy, architecture, and delivery for Salesforce programs
  • Collaborate with business development teams to support RFPs and pre-sales efforts
  • Maintain strong relationships with key clients and ensure exceptional service delivery
  • Develop talent and scale the Salesforce practice to meet business demands
