- Lead, manage, and hold accountable the HROD and Admin team in delivering high-quality HR and OD services.
- Drive organizational development initiatives, including restructuring, workforce planning, succession planning, and leadership development.
- Develop, implement, and update company policies and procedures to ensure compliance, efficiency, and alignment with business needs.
- Design and oversee performance management systems that drive accountability, productivity, and employee growth.
- Act as a change agent to cultivate a strong workplace culture and support transformation initiatives.
- Partner with the CEO and leadership team in building organizational capability and achieving business objectives.
- Strengthen employer branding and implement effective talent acquisition and retention strategies.
- Oversee training, learning, and development programs to build a continuous learning organization.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, government regulations, and industry best practices.
- Manage administrative operations to support smooth day-to-day business functions.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s degree or HR/OD certifications preferred).
- Minimum of 7–10 years of progressive HR and Organizational Development experience, with at least 3–5 years in a leadership role.
- Extensive experience in OD – proven track record in restructuring, policy development, performance management, and change management.
- Strong background in talent management, employee engagement, and culture building.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Deep knowledge of labor laws, compliance requirements, and HR best practices.
