The HRODA Manager (Human Resources, Organizational Development & Administration Manager) is responsible for leading the Human Resources, Organizational Development, and Administrative functions of the company. This role plays a key part in building a strong organizational culture, driving change, and aligning HR and OD initiatives with the company’s overall strategy. The HRODA Manager partners closely with the CEO and leadership team to enhance organizational capability, talent development, and operational efficiency.Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead, manage, and hold accountable the HROD and Admin team in delivering high-quality HR and OD services.
  • Drive organizational development initiatives, including restructuring, workforce planning, succession planning, and leadership development.
  • Develop, implement, and update company policies and procedures to ensure compliance, efficiency, and alignment with business needs.
  • Design and oversee performance management systems that drive accountability, productivity, and employee growth.
  • Act as a change agent to cultivate a strong workplace culture and support transformation initiatives.
  • Partner with the CEO and leadership team in building organizational capability and achieving business objectives.
  • Strengthen employer branding and implement effective talent acquisition and retention strategies.
  • Oversee training, learning, and development programs to build a continuous learning organization.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, government regulations, and industry best practices.
  • Manage administrative operations to support smooth day-to-day business functions.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s degree or HR/OD certifications preferred).
  • Minimum of 7–10 years of progressive HR and Organizational Development experience, with at least 3–5 years in a leadership role.
  • Extensive experience in OD – proven track record in restructuring, policy development, performance management, and change management.
  • Strong background in talent management, employee engagement, and culture building.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Deep knowledge of labor laws, compliance requirements, and HR best practices.
Benefits📍 Location: Hybrid (Work from Home + 1 day/week Onsite)💰 Salary Range: ₱65,000 – ₱77,000/month
