Job Description:Essential Job Functions:

Provide valuable support to the Talent Acquisition team by assisting in candidate sourcing and initial screening.
Collaborate on recruitment projects and initiatives, actively participating in team efforts.
Maintain organized and accurate recruitment records for analysis.
Contribute to the interview and assessment processes for candidates.
Stay informed about industry trends and emerging recruitment technologies.
Assist in creating and implementing workforce planning strategies.
Participate in onboarding processes for new hires.
Support the team in delivering a positive candidate experience.

Basic Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
Typically, 2+ years of relevant work experience, preferably in a recruitment support role
Proficiencies in using recruitment software, data analysis, and candidate engagement
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to support talent acquisition strategies
Continuous learner who stays updated with industry knowledge and the latest recruitment technologies

Other Qualifications:

Progress toward advanced degrees or relevant certifications in Human Resources or data analysis is a plus
